Have you every heard Burleske by Richard Strauss?

Well, if you haven't, I've just finished the mammoth task of creating my own performance of this exciting work.

It's taken much longer than I expected (nearly a month), but I had real difficulty getting the string sounds I wanted.

Sending a decent performance of a work together with the score makes all the difference these days to whether a real orchestra takes up your compositions or not.
